Hired this company for a move out cleaning. I thought my house pretty clean until I moved everything out of it! So much was hiding under and behind all the furniture that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When I walked back into the home to do a final walkthrough, the house was immaculate. I hadn’t seen it that clean since I first moved in. Anna and her husband were communicative before, during, and after the process. In fact, these pictures are the pictures they sent me before I got there. They even fit in a last minute request to sweep my garage out. It’s also worth mentioning their pricing is very competitive. They were straightforward about the cost and there were no surprises. If you’re looking for a cleaning company, you found it. Hire this couple! They will be my go to for any house cleaning needs.

Yes! We do offer same day services when our availability permits. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to find a provider to service your home on a same-day basis, so we do recommend reach out as soon as possible. If you are interested in setting up the same day cleaning, please call or send a text to the office at 757-717-8331, or you can schedule using our online booking tool!

Over the years, we’ve found that the first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard, and we are committed to upholding that standard. That’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the rest of your services. We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating the mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home.

We are happy to provide service once a week, every other week, or once a month, depending on your cleaning needs. You can also request housecleaning services for special events, as well as move-out and move-in cleaning assistance. Because we work on a no-contract basis, you can update or change your cleaning plan to fit your busy schedule, budget, and cleaning needs.

We use a transparent, square-footage-based pricing system. This ensures you pay for the actual size of your home rather than hourly rates, providing a clear and upfront estimate.

Our online calculator provides an accurate estimate for homes in standard condition. If the home requires extra effort due to excessive buildup, mold, or heavy pet hair, we will discuss a price adjustment with you before we start.

Yes! Our Move-in and Move-out packages automatically include cleaning inside the oven, refrigerator, and cabinets. For Regular or Deep cleanings, these can be added as extras.

Not at all! We want to make our service as convenient as possible for you. Most of our clients prefer to go about their day while we work. Simply provide a door code or leave a key in a secure spot, and we’ll notify you once your home is sparkling clean and securely locked.

Yes, our teams arrive fully equipped with professional-grade vacuums, tools, and all necessary cleaning supplies.

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere, they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you’d like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Yes! We encourage it. Your preferences give us the structure we need to enhance your cleaning experience and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your home’s level of cleanliness. To be sure that your preferences are recorded in your cleaning plan, we recommend that you call or text us directly, or you can leave your notice at the booking form. Our friendly office staff would be happy to log your needs in your file so you don’t have to reiterate them every time we arrive for service.

Yes, we are fully licensed and carry General Liability insurance in the state of Virginia. Your home and belongings are protected.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we missed a spot, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to fix it at no additional cost to you.

To change your date or cancel an appointment, please send us a text or call us at 757-717-8331. Since we maintain a very busy schedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice. This allows us to adjust our team’s schedule accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation!
